is often frustrating. To address this challenge, the Virginia Board for People with Disabilities and State Special Education
Advisory Committee (SSEAC) are collaborating to create a grassroots communications network to more effectively and efficiently
distribute this information. The network’s formation is particularly timely and urgent. Early this fall,
revised Virginia Special Education Regulations will be presented for public comment. The Board and SSEAC want to ensure
that their constituents are fully informed of this process and have every opportunity to contribute. To participate
in the network, go to http://www.vaboard.org/vsenform.htm. Fill in your contact
information, especially your e-mail address, on the response form and return it by e-mail, fax, or mail as indicated to begin
receiving special education and other related disability information.
